Cordish Power and Light District

One of Baltimore’s oldest architectural development firms contracted The Berndt Group to build a site to promote their new arts and entertainment district in Downtown Kansas City.

The place to be!

More than a brochure site, Cordish wanted to present a detailed account of what the venue had to offer and when in an easily sortable interface, presented in a visual format that looked like the nightlife that you would expect on arrival.

Room to grow.

While not the original intention, Cordish would ask us to repurpose this layout with font and color changes to promote additional venues, such as Bayou Place in Houston.
